Rippers

Banished from even the enclaves of Lower Etyom, the Rippers are the very worst humanity has to offer. Serial murderers, rapists, and thieves, every last one one, they have banded together for survival, living in nomadic tribes that roam the Vapid, a barren no man's land that stretches between the enclaves.

Cannibalistic. Primal. Savage. The members of this group have devolved to something far more animal than man. They live for the hunt. Strength and violence, the only law. It is said that they hold only one chieftain at a time - and that only the most brutal, the most terrible, may rise to that position.

Whispered of by children and nervous traveling merchants, Rippers are a real life bogey man - an evil many hope they never have the misfortune to encounter.
