The Creed
During the Great War, the use of intelligent robot soldiers, geminoids, was employed - but the NBD ended the conflict before the soldiers could. While building Etyom, the rich who would become the Graciles gathered as many of these geminoids as they could and used them as a militia against the poor who came to steal from them. Over time, the Graciles upgraded the geminoids with unprecedented AI creating a synthetic being that could think, problem solve, and actively learn on the fly.
By the year 2250 The Graciles had nearly perfected this technology, creating a geminoid militia they called "the Creed". The Creed act upon the direction of the Leader alone, sometimes acting simply as security forces, other times acting as a private army. Emotionless, and free from conscience, they exist only to fulfill their directives.
Equipped with state-of-the-art tech, the Creed wear sophisticated exoskeletons that enhance speed, strength, and durability. They also have access to squad sized vertical takeoff vehicles, ultra lethal plasma rifles and are outfitted with impressive close quarter combat protocol software. The Creed are modeled after Graciles who have been euthanized in an attempt to make them seem more familiar and human - often times it has the opposite effect.
